During these times of change, organisations still look for areas to grow, and sometimes they will experience sudden growth. Simply put, with this mindset, change efforts weaken because people overlook the need to make fundamental changes, and resulting in conflict and blame. So, the real question is, are you ready to adopt an outward mindset? Perhaps a good place to start is by asking yourself honestly, “How might I be a problem for others?”You’ll experience more collaboration, accountability and creativity by adopting an outward mindset. In reality, adopting an outward mindset is definitely not something new in achieving breakthrough results sustainably.
